VISA INFORMATION
How to apply:
There are several steps to apply for a visa. The order of these steps and how you complete them may vary from the Malaysia Embassy or Consulate where you apply. Please consult the Malaysia Embassy or Consulate website where you reside.
Invitation letters:
If you require a personal letter of invitation to attend the Workshop, kindly contact the conference secretariat by email at: putrajayawhoiaea@gmail.com. In your email, please include all relevant informations (Ex. Full name, address, contact information and passport information). You must be registered for the workshop before requesting for an invitation letter.
Please note that secretariat are not responsible for participant's visa arrangement and we like to advise all participants to make early arrangement with Malaysian Embassy or consulate to avoid delay as the process may vary from different countries.
